SO SEOUL WARRANTY Information

SO SEOUL will repair or replace any products with manufacturing faults for a period of 3 year from the original date of purchase. It will covers the labor and parts for replacement of any missing Diamond Simulant, Simulated Pearl, and small sized crystals (3mm diameter or below), and also any faulty clasps. Missing or lost charms/pendants are not covered by our 3 year warranty but may be replace at a nominal fee. An estimated cost for replacing the crystal will be provided, and the repair will be done upon your approval of the charges.

EARRINGS COVERAGE

The warranty covers the labor and parts for replacement of Earrings Hook, Earrings Hoop, Connectors, & all embellishments

NECKLACE COVERAGE

The warranty covers the labor and parts for replacement of Clasps, Necklace hooks, adjustable mechanism, Connectors, and all embellishments

RING COVERAGE

The warranty covers the labor and parts for replacement of all embellishments.

BRACELET COVERAGE

The warranty covers the labor and parts for replacement of Clasps, adjustable mechanism, Connectors, and all embellishments.

BROOCH COVERAGE

The warranty covers the labor and parts for replacement of clasps, and all embellishments

WARRANTY EXCLUSION

Our 3 year limited warranty does not cover broken Jewelry, Jewelry replating, and also damage caused by excessive wear and tear, accidental abuse and also loss or theft.
